4X4 Question?

Is it bad for the T-Case or Front Diff. to drive in four wheel drive with the hubs unlocked? My dad told me he accidently did that in my truck... He didn't drive far, just a few blocks. I just want to make sure everything is ok!

I do it all the time. I do it to throw some lube around the chain and keep everything lubed and spinning free.

Just make sure the hubs are unlocked.

You can also leave it in 2wd and lock the hubs it will still spin everything around.
