I've seen them in 2WD with 5 speed but I haven't seen a 4WD version. I'm sure they made them. Does anyone have a pic of how the interior looks with bucket seats and a console. Considering a manual swap and just want to see how it all comes together.

If talking about S-10 Blazers, the answer is yes but probably not very common. A friend of the family had a factory 5 speed 4wd S-10 Blazer back in the days. It was a 2.8L V-6 version so around an '83-'86 model year? Never seen a 4.3L S-10 Blazer with a manual but doesn't mean they don't exist.
Yeah, I had a 4x4 S10 Blazer, with a 2.8 and a T5.
