5.3? 6.0? and spring question....

Just how hard would it be for me to swap in a 5.3 or a 6.0? What ll would I need as far as the computer and all... And what's the smoothest springs? Ima do a 6 inch spring in fornt..a 2 inch in back with a 4inch shackle flip...I've asked this recently but didn't really get the answer I wanted so I figured I'd put it in one thread...

i cant say what IS the smoothest, but i can tell you superlift sure is NOT.
