I have a "gremlin" in my wire harness, and I've given up. It's ran fine for 5 or so months now, but I thing either a wire broke or... something. I've replaced and had tested all sensors and PCM out of a similar truck, so I'm 100% certain now the problem is in the harness. Anyhow, I need you guys to recommend rebuilder/tester. I really just need someone to take my wire harness and figure out what the heck is wrong with it. Any suggestions? :dunno:

Yes, I've already called PSI and their phone # has been disconnected, and the guys at 150 won't answer the phone.

What's it doing?

I've built a few of these harnesses and diagnosed many, I may be able to help you diagnose it.

I have a P0101 and P0106 error code on my PCM that started after I rearranged my wire harness in the truck. Keep in mind the truck ran flawless for 5 or so months prior. I've swapped out MAP and MAF sensors (these error codes suggest problems with them), and no dice. I've had two different mechanic shops test for vacuum leaks and any thing else they can think of. I had a tuner guy in Missouri test my PCM (shipped it to him), and he swears it's fine. That only leaves the wire harness as the suspect. I'm convinced I have a loose/broken wire in the harness. I've tried tracing out the wires in the truck, but my trick-back only let's me fool with it so long before the pain sets in. I'm ready for suggestions or I'll pull it and ship it to someone to look at it for me.
