I have a K5 with a 6.0L, 4L80E, and NP241C case and love it but I bent the frame and am starting with a new one soon. I notched the frame on the drivers side pretty good to fit some MAC LS1 F-body headers and am looking to not do that again. Anyone have any ideas or tried some other brands that work better?

I used the manifolds from a van ' 04 6.0. Just minor frame work to get them in between the frame rails.

Those look great but they are still having some issues with the 73-87 version. Also I'm using the advance adapters motor mount relocation plates and everyone else seems to be using something else on the board. I don't know if that would make a difference or not.

There is a link, if you weed through some of it you will find some for the 2nd gen style. I'm not sure if they have completed them, you might want to give Doug Thorley headers a call and see.

update

Looks like street and performance is the only one making a set for the 6.0L 4L80E. $577 plus shipping for a set. Looks like I'll have to save some lunch money. Page 99 of their online catalog @ hotrodlane.cc.
