5.9 diesel convertion trans and transfer case ?

Hey guys Ive been working on witch diesel to go with I thought I had a doner with a 6.5 but didnt get it so now I have been looking at the 5.9 6bt and Im wondering if I keep the doge trans that would come in the doner truck.Is thier a trans that will work with the 205 transfer case I cave now from doge I should try to get . Or will I need to get an adaptor and use a t400 gm trans. I have a 700r4 in it now. I have every thing in my parts blazer to make it a stik so a manual trans is ok I wouls just like to keep my 205 if possible it was rebuilt recintly and I have a d60 in the front of the truck so drive line has to stay on the same side. Thanks

I have a 5 speed getrag behind my cummins and it works great. If you're dead set on an auto, I might suggest you look in to allison. Some guy on pirate is selling new allison trannys for around 1K IIRC.
