5 ton

Around her steel is 115 a ton. I don't think they would be worth the work. Unless you sell them for what they are . That is only 160 dollar's. Not worth poisen Ivy Imho.
I'd pay more than that just to have 5 tons laying around here.

Guess it all depends on what kind of gear you got to haul them. You got a trailer with a winch, it makes easy work gettin them outa there.

AS luck would have it...

I emailed a lady about some 2.5 rocks for $900 in New Hampshire about three weeks ago and never heard back. Then I get an email last night saying she is sorry that she didnt respond earlier and that shed call me in the morning. I happen to be working about 15 minutes down the road all this week so I went and checked them out on my way home. Gave her $100 bux deposit and gonna give 800 more when I pick em up on Sat.

I'm not sure what style front they are. Theyre mid to late seventies though.
Im pretty sure the rear was locked. Any idea what kinda locker rockwell would have used?

Will my tired V6 1/2 ton handle the mighty rocks with tires and rims for about 50 miles?

She had said something about having another set but didnt want to break them up. For 900 beans can you say Four wheel steer?

Score!

get and hold them for me for about a year I want them for a dump truck no clue as to how I'll move them but hell can always find a way

The five ton has probably been there for 10 years and I dont see it moving anytime soon. Ill have him let me know if hes gettin rid of it. That way he would have had to have cleared the land then Ill snatch em up.

congrats on the score. You will be fine for HP with the V6. Wont be amazing or anything but the Rocks gears are something like 6.72:1
