Here is a site for finding the RPMs. Looks like with a 700r4 to np241 to 5.13 gears the RPMs would be 2241 in overdrive which is a little high. But driveable especially if you know your going to be running 38s soon which the RPMs drops to 2064.

208 has a low range of 2.61:1 IIRC and a 241 has a low range of 2.72:1. A 241 has a higher torque rating also, better oiling system too.

RPM's a little high? Running an engine closer to the torque peak can never be a bad thing. Hit the passing gear and be in the torque curve. The gearing is only different in the low range which as said is 2.61 for 208 and 2.72 for 241. High gear is 1 for both so for highway driving it would be the same RPMs.
