Hey guys, I have searched, but cannot find the measurement.

I need to know how far the center pin is on 52" springs, I know it is not directly centered, right?

Basically I need a 52" spring with 23" to the center pin on one end.

Thanks

Dodge rear springs are 52 inches, but are offset 2-3 inches IIRC. They don't offer as much lift as chevy 52's. Mikey_d05 had a set on his truggy thing before he got rid of it. Think he got them from 85mudblazin (one of the K5 guys from Texas).

ya might want to pm kert (cyberfire) I believe he is running dodge 52"s on his trail rig

This site here sells factory replacement springs and give their measurements from the spring eye to the center pin to spring eye.

I know this an old post but can anyone else confirm that the dodge springs actually give more lift than chevy springs?

Thanx Guys

no i tried them and they gave me 2-2.5" of lift and maxed out my shackle... the spring wraps to the top of the bushing and they ended up squishing pretty flat even though they where like a 6 leaf pack and ended up being closer to 53.5" long which maxed out my 7" shackle and in general where just a bad idea
