52" spring swap adjustability

Nice looking stuff as always! Can't wait to get some DIY equipment on my junk.

But my wife asked me an interesting question earlier. How difficult would it be to make a modified version for an 88 and up SFA swap?

I'll be doing a SAS on a 97 one ton pretty soon so I'll let you know!

6" shackle length in the factory location.

Come on Kert, I gots to know - how much!?! :D

Edit: The last pics you posted are stock 52's, right?

Yep, stock 52's off of I believe a half ton 2 wheeler. 4+1 in the pack and I did leave the overload in for now.

Prices are coming. This is my least favorite part by the way. :( pricing that is.

Those hangers are way cool. I like the fact on how the hanger is intergraded with the body mount. I do have a newbie question about one thing. If you use the adjusting holes in the body mount to help move the bracket forword, wouldn't that cause the radiator support to move forword also and not line up with the fenders or other parts correctly? Sorry if this sounds dumb but i'm just hung up on that, otherwise it looks steller..

Take a look at the first picture. Can't see it real well but the top of the body mount has a slot. This allows you to move the bracketry while leaving the body mount where its intended to be.

I take it that Sarge is sitting level now?

Looks good by the way:D

OK, here it is boys.

What you see in the photo X 2 is the base kit.

Base kit price is $150.00.

Level 2 Kit which includes shackles of your choice (Including mixed diameter bolt holes such as 7/16" on top and 9/16" on bottom, what ever you need.) $175.00.

I will be adding another level in the future for the rear shackle hanger if the demand is there.

put me on the list for some. I definately want them and that price is actually a little lower than what i had been expecting. Looks like you have done it once again Kurt.

Yep, I was really getting sick of the drag racer look.

I'll get these added to the website as soon as possible.

I liked the drag racer look:rolleyes:

Looks good kert and Im now thinking i bought these front lift springs from stomper for no reason:doah:

You and him might have your way about my truck yet...

Looks awesome man. I'd probably order a set eventually but by the time I do the 56 swap I won't be running a body anymore.

Any plans to make a link truss for the 14 bolt? BTF's is ugly as hell and not high enough. You could tie it in with your guardsman as well.

I'll take a set, just let me know how much and where to mail the money order to (my shipping addy is 36606 / commercial). :pimp:

Thanks!

still like to see a simpler version that is for 56" springs. Maybe 5" forward of stock... just one set of mounting holes. Any hope? :)
