Hey guys, I'm gonna do a 52" swap inthe front of my '84. It's on a Rancho 4" lift right now, that uses blocks in the back. I looked up in the archive and found an article on it that says if you use the stock rear springs, it'll lift the front 4-5"? Is this correct, are the rear springs more arched than the front, or did I just read it wrong? the before and after pics don't show any real height differences, and i think that's what's throwing me? If someone could shed some light on this for me, (and save me from buying a set of springs), I'd really appreciate it... Taylor

yes, you will gain 4-5" from using the rear springs. please search, there is a ton of info on this swap.

Yes you get 4-5 inches with stock springs. I got about 5" after doing the 52" swap, using the B52 brackets from DIY4x on my 84.:D

Try this.
