got the swap done this weekend. now my truck sits about an inch lower than before. i even have the zero rates.

before meaning when i had standard length rough country 4" lift springs.

when i rotated the shackle mounts i was sure to keep them as close to the bottom i could. i did everything just like the write up said. what's up? any ideas?
i'm thinking of getting some 2" lift 52" springs. good idea? will they still flex well?

The 2" springs, being arched more than stock height ones, will pull the shackle foward and make a more vertical shackle angle, which will cause a little more lift than the advertised height on the spring.

I never got to flex out the 2" springs I had on my truck for the very short time they were on there, but I would immagine they were almost as flexy as stock ones.

Make sure you get a soft lift spring. A 2" Rough Country spring won't flex the same as a 2" BDS or Tuff Country EZ Ride

thanks Mike.
i think that's what i'll try. the E Z Rides
just wish i didn't need to buy another set of springs
