52" vs 56" spring question

Are the center pins in 52" and 56" springs centered?

If you install 56" springs in place of 52" springs how much does it move your axle back? 1.5"?

The 56" springs are not in the center. One way is the same wheel base as the 52's and the other is extended 4".
