I got everything to get my 56's under the back. I'll be running ORD flip brackets, ORD 6" shackles, and thanks to Kert for the idea on bushings, I will be using 1 1/2" bushings in a 1.75x.120 DOM sleeve. I already have a pile of spare 1.5" bushings and tube and never even gave it a thought untill I asked him for 1.75" bushings. Anyhow, my leaf packs have 8 springs plus the overload. I know I have to set everything up and mess with it untill I get it to the hight I want but should I flip the overload or leave it the way it is? I don't want much up travel so my thought was to keep it the way it is.

Won't the 8 leaves in the pack be awfully stiff to the point of unbearable? I go a seven leaf pack from throttleissues and took two of the leaves. What ever you do psot up the results on the ride quality.

They will not be 8 when done. Maybe 5.

Flipping the overload dosen't look like it would do anything to me. I have the same leaf pack I'm in the middle of rebuilding and the overload looks symertical to me.
