56' springs instead of 52'

for my 77' K5. standard size is 52 inch right. I sometimes read in magazines that the guys change there 52 inch springs for 56 inch.

i just finished ( almost) putting 56" springs on the back of my k5. is that what you are talking about?

I've got 56s all around on my truck. A popular setup is 52s front 56s rear with a shakle flip. Search and you will find

Yes. Can you put them in the front to or just the back? Was thinking about going for a 6 inch lift. I guess they would just bolt right up. Guessing they would articulate better that 52 inch springs.

i used them in the rear Backwards so i could move the axle back 4". use the seach and you will find lots on this already done

you cant just bolt them on...read the 52" front tech article and do sum searchin.
