I have an echobit shackle flip on my blazer currently. I picked up some 56" springs yesterday and swapped the flip from one side to the other to move the shackle mount position back. The echobit flip rotated forward and the shackle is parallel with the ground resting on the spring hanger. It's the stock shackle. Has anyone else got 56es to work successfully with the echobit flip?

Its been a long time since I've seen one but if my memory is correct you don't swap sides with the echobit flip. You keep them on the normal side and you have to move your hangers back along the frame.

No he's right.
You flip them side to side to get the 56" where the 52" used to reside.
To getthe 56" springs to fit you need to have the flip part leaning to the back of the truck.
If it's leaning to the front then you have it back wards.
You might need to put a slightly longer shackle to make it work.

Yes. You will need a longer shackle to make it work. With my stock shackles it was just like you describe. I run the 7" shackles now, but 6" would give a little better angle IMO.
