Helping a local Squarebody buddy sell his Diesel stuff.
Full disclosure, due to incorrect setup of the throttle control at the IP the engine did make a couple full throttle pulls before getting shut down by clamping down the fuel line. The pump was sent back out to make sure it was ok and reinstalled correctly and no longer has the throttle stick.
Reason for selling is a combination of frustration and lack of diesel knowledge. Myself and the rest of the local squarebody guys are not well versed in all 6.2 platform, couple that with his inexperience and that equals him looking to just get it running with an L29 Vortec 454. After the stuck injection pump solenoid issue, the engine is smoking thick white smoke. Could be an issue with injection pump timing or possibly something internal. Either way, he wants it gone so he can start in on the L29. In the right hands and experience, this could be a relatively easy fix or at worst a great builder project for you Diesel heads. Contact me for any other details you need to know.
The goods-
6.2 engine
Military J-code intake and injection pump
Spare working injection pump also
New complete Banks Sidewinder turbo -airbox, turbo, exhaust, ect (1000, miles on system)
Snow Water/Methanol injection system.
Currently still in the truck to hear run, I do have a video of it running too.

Looking to sell as a complete package for $3500 obo, willing to split off Banks kit, Snow water/meth kit separately if the price is right. The banks kit alone retails for $2500 to $3000 depending on where you look. The Snow kit retailed for $500 with the 10 gallon tank. By no means expecting to sell at retail pricing but buying the complete setup has you getting everything with a running 6.2 all together that might need a little work to dial in or more. We won't be tearing it down to dig any deeper than pulling it out. I had him get a video of it starting up and running, sorry for the small size. If anybody is interested I can get better quality video this weekend. There is the possibility of seeing it run in person before it is pulled if you are local.
