how many miles can one expect to get out of a 6.2???

Well cared for 2-3 hundred K, some have gotten significantly more.

Check the harmonic balancer, change the oil & filter and keep it topped off, and also importantly, keep the engine cool. the 6.2 is a reliable engine, but seems to be one that is not very tolerant of lack of maintainance. I've heard of people having problems at 80k, and others who have not had problems at over 400k.

Btw, if you have a leaky radiator, FIX IT! not fixing it may overheat your engine and ruin your heads...
