Hi all, I have a question on what size the injector is on a 6.2 diesel. Is it a metric size or is it a 1 3/16?

The pretty picture over on the Diesel Page shows it as 30 mm Are their two different sizes?
30 does sound right. 
It's been three years since I bought the socket and I haven't looked at it since. Apparently my memory isn't as good as I'd hoped.

It is 30mm. Make sure if you buy a socket you look inside of it to make sure that the socket walls remain constant all the way to the back of it. The first one i bought had a big ridge in it about 1/2 way in and was useless for the injectors, as they hit that ridge well before the socket was engauged.
