I just figured out that I need a vacuum pump for my 84 6.2


My son said the other day that the defroster wasn't working and I realize now why.

Throw me an offer if you have one and what you estimate the price shipped to 93312 would be.

I know I have one. If I find it I will post up.

Yes, it is the pump that is installed in the back of the intake manifold valley the same as a distributor.

I am thinking how to test it.
I can spin it by hand but how fast does it spin in reality?
I usually test the a/c compressors by hand.

Not sure how to test without putting it in a running engine.

Very easy to swap it in to test or try it out if you have time.

If anyone needs a spare, I have a one that prob only a few months old... I have no use for any 6.2 parts..
