6.2 valve cover gaskets

i know this would fit in the diesel forum better. but i dont have a membership to post there.... do you need to take the injector lines off just to get the valve covers off? or is there an easier way? i dont really want to do more work than i have to.

Yes injector lines need to come off. If I remember right the intake also needs to come off too to access the lines where they connect to the injector pump. I think it is to tight to get a wrench in there other wise. Not a hard job to do. Should take 2-3 hours to do for the first time. You will also need to re bleed the fuel system from the injector pump to the injectors, which is not hard to do either.

ok so it sounds like i just need to pick up some intake gaskets and i will be good to go. im going to get started on this toningt after work
