6.2L and 6.5L diesel motors and parts for sale

Gimme specs and pics of the 6.5's....

(Does anyone know if a 6.5 can easily fit in the frame of a '73?? And, will a 6.5 bolt up to an SM465? What would I be getting myself into?)

What's the deal with the 6.2 crate engines? What kind of money too?

The two 6.2s in the shipping boxes, i know nothing about as well as the 6.5s. 6.5s are out of hummves. a friend of my cosin has a 6.5 to a sm465. I think its the same as 6.2. His is a 79. dont know if that matters. i can find out.

Those 6.5's have turbo's? I might be down in that area next week after the move, maybe I will swing by and check them out.

Nope, no turbos. the 6.5s are in Livingston NJ, so you know pete

yes the 6.5 shares the same common bolt pattern for trannies all gm engines do 350, 454, 6.2 etc

maybe i need to buy one of them 6.2's and convert the 89 scotsdale crew dual i got that needs its 454 rebuilt and just convert it to diesel instead...

well i originally wanted to "hotrod" the 89 crew dual... ya know but some go good goodies in the 454 when it gets rebuilt... but sometimes i recall that i want a 6.2 crew dual w/ turbo maybe i need another so i can have both

Know the torque ratings of those non-turbo 6.5's?

If a 6.5 will bolt to a 465....I'm interested. I'm going to be driving south from Rochester down to FL in two weeks with a big empty truck.
