6 44" swampers on one truck

all that drop and you can't move the shackle mount location 2" forward to create a good angle?

that thing looked pretty scary, i could come up with at least a thousand other things to do with 22 grand

Check out the angle of the draglink vs. the angle of the trackbar....

I hope that the rear end doesn't have a locker in it. Duals aren't exactley the easiest thing to go around a corner to begin with.

That thing would tear up in the mud... I like... but the leaf springs in the rear aaaarrrreeee iffy...

Other then the shackels in the back it doesn't look all that bad. Mounts look stong enough way to big, but good fab work, steering looks ok. Springs are arched to much and its not going to flex. As said before though compared to some of the other mall cruisers out their this thing is a work of art. :D

i noticed he said it needed rear shocks, it seems he is running out of landscape on that rear axle to add any more $hit

i think it looks badass but i wouldnt wanna try to turn it. at least he didnt do newbie things like stacking blocks and such and actuakky has x-over unlike the big the poser where im from

Just because you can doesn't mean you should :D

It'd be neat to cruise the fairgrounds with.

Taking a corner in that thing with ANY load in the bed would be a hair-raising experience to say the least. Try balancing a foot long 2x4 on your fingers with your fingers 12" apart. Now try doing so with your fingers 1" apart. Can you say "unstable"?

It actually does look like a cool truck though. Just not exactly how I would have gone about engineering some of it.

For a show truck its not bad, we have a lot of those around here. I'd like to see it try to do some rock climming w/ that pritty paint job. :D

I'm kind of curious as to how exactly that front suspension actually works...besides "not well". Unless I'm missing something there doesn't appear to be much clearance for the shackle to actually move and he has 20" springs along with what appear to be locating links going from the D60 to the middle of the frame. Not that you would get much compression from 20" springs anyway, but assuming you did, the axle would have nowhere to go but directly up. Or, is there some sort of mysterious axle pivot geometry that I am unaware of?

I DID HAVE THE PINION ON THE FRONT TURNED UP FOR THE DRIVESHAFT ANGLE. I JUST HAVEN'T HAD A DRIVESHAFT MADE FOR IT.

all that money invested, and he didnt finish something simple like this
