Sorry, forgot to add that. He did fix the A/C. It's been holding a charge since last week.
That should be in the ad, along with it being an aftermarket unit, as the 6.5TD interferes with the factory AC setup.

With the price drop and fixing the A/C I think he's in the ballpark with his price. As mentioned, throw on a new side marker. Stuff like that makes people wonder if other things are messed up. If I was in the market I would come look at it.
