6.5 q's

We have a 99 chevy with a 6.5 upon inspection we were eating coolant like crazy a tear down of the upper end finds cracked heads so we replace everything in the upper end includeing new heads. Now the problem is you can hear poping like a valve is stuck out of the exhaust pipe any ideas? thanks

try cracking the fuel line to that injector, to see if that helps...could be air in the line.

yea know i never thought of that i will have to try that tomorrow at the shop thanks for the hint.
