6 blade fan

Has anyone seen one of these before?
I have seen 3 blade, 5 blade and 7 blade but this is the first 6 blade I see, it came with a truck I bought.

It was an 88 crew cab but it wasn't original, the guy had the old 7 blade bent fan in the bed.
I seem to remember hearing about the Dmax fan being a 6 blade and a possible replacement, does it fit without any mods or adapters?

I have a dmax fan on mine. You need a ccw rotating water pump serpentine belt setup. Mine came with the clutch so I don't know how hard it would be to fit it onto a stock clutch.

Oh yeah, the Dmax fan has 9 blades and could probably pull my car down the road with all the cfm it flows.

So the 6 blade is not a Dmax.
I wonder what it could be.

Yeah, click on the link in the signiture. I had to take some stuff apart to work on some problems, so I don't have it together right now. When it is 100% done I will do a build thread or something.

My cucv only had a 5 blade fan on it. Its an '85.

I am going to dual electric fans, one will be on a thermostat and the other will be on a switch for when i need it.

So the 6 blade is not a Dmax.
I wonder what it could be.

My 92 GM 2500 with a 6.5 TD has a 6 blade fan.
