I am trying to convert my 1975 K20 from a 292/SM465 to 350/SM465. I know the 292 engine mounts are in different places than the V8 mounts. Is the engine crossmember different too? I think it is. Do I need to find these parts in a junkyard, or can I buy them from a supplier like LMC?

Thanks...

Just move the passenger side motor mount forward to the next set of holes.

I saw the extra holes ....but I thought it couldn't be that easy. I didn't even want to discuss it without someone else suggetsing it first.

Thanks Duallie!!!

What are you going to do with the 292? I'm looking for one this fall, and I live in Idaho.
