i got the shackle flip installed on my truck and been thinking of the other way to make my truck sit higher. i got 4 inches shackle flip on.

my goal is 6 to 7 inch in rear. and 6 in front. so im thinking and my plan is

1) my rear spring is brand new stock lift i dont want to get rid of yet.
2) so 1 inch longer shackle for rear
3) number 2 and 1 1/2 inch zero rate.
4) stock shackle and 2 inch zero rate.

let me know what ya'all think? since they are cheaper than 2 inch lift rear spring. thanks!

a 1" longer shackle will not give you 1" of lift. you will gain 1/2 the distance because you are only moving one end of the spring down.

The most commonly available zero rates are only 1" of lift. anything bigger would be a lift block.

the 14 bolt you are going to install is going to give you a very small amount of lift. When I swapped in 3/4 tons the rear sat higher then the front. both ends had 8" springs and stock shackles.

Get 6" rear shackles, a set of zero rates and some new u-joints and call it a day. It will flex and ride nice. that way you can always get new lift springs later in life.
