6 lug 14sf direct swap?

ive been searching the forum and cant seem to find an answer. is there a 6 lug14sf that will bolt in directly into a k5 or are they all the late model ones that need the spring perches moved? if this does exist what vehicles did they come under? i seem to remember something a bout 3/4 ton 2wd suburbans.

The 6-lug 14SF came in the 88-98 style pickups. The come in two widths (4wd and 2wd). They have a different spring-perch spacing than the 73-87/91 trucks.
