6 point cage in CO

Any chance that would fit into the later models without chopping off the half top? Thanks, Rich

Possibly, I don't know for sure. I think the main tubes would have to be extended to the floor because newer K5's back floor raises back further. I would be more than happy to try it if you drove the K5 to my shop in Ft. Collins.

That probably would be a secondary issue. I'm betting the main hoop legs would have to be cut about a foot up from the bottom to clear the wheel wells while sliding the cage into place under the half cab. If that's the case, I'd have to weld the legs back together anyway, it wouldn't be much more trouble to make longer ones at that time. Hmmm. What shop are you at in 'Collins? That's my old highschool stomping ground.

I have a shop in the Mulberry Industrial Park on Mulberry and Summitview, across from the Sundance Steakhouse.
If you want to come check it out call or email me.

Thanks
Lucas

I am interested in it for my 72 blazer. 3 concerns though: 1. will my hard top still fit 2. will the soft top I bought from ORD fit 3. Any ideas how I could get that thing down here to Phoenix.
