i have a d44 that i may want to change over to 5 lug ford pattern in the future(thats if i can get the 9 inch to fit under the rear)

what would be involved or does anyone know a tech article? do i need spindles, wheel bearing hubs, locking hubs and rotors from a ford? anything else?

or i guess how to make a 9inch to 6 lug might do.

i was gonna do the exact smae thing...basicaly go to the junk yard pick up a ford 44 because your gonna need backing plates, rotors, and i think the calipers...best thing to do just find a whole axle 4 chap and take the stuff off..

Either get everything from the knuckle out off a Ford Dana 44, or have the 9" axles and drums drilled to 6x5.5".
