Does anyone know the diameter of the spring eye bolts on 63" springs? I'm not sure if they're metric or standard? They will be from an '89 C1500 if I get them.

they are metric, i forget the size... i just ran a 9/16" bit throught the bushing, made everything much easier and cheaper...unless you have to buy the bit.
It only took out a very little bit of the sleeve though.

Thanks. Do you think the metal sleeve would be thick enough to run a 5/8" bit through it? The vehicle they are going on I *think* has 5/8" bolts now, so the holes in the habgers are 5/8".

they should be thick enough to fit 5/8" but if its a chevy than its 9/16"

Thanks. The springs are going on the back of a *gasp* '79 Bronco... I'm thinking the bolts are 5/8", but my tape measure isn't the most accurate tool to use for measuring bolt diameters... :haha:
