i originally didnt want to move hangers but are 63s worth the extra work. how much more flex will i get if i go with them. i was thinking of getting 56s and some teraflex shackles. what set up do you guys think is better. somebody please chime in or flex pics would be awsome. and how bout how far they stick out, out back. do they actually help or???? and what are you semi hardcore wheelers useing up front. thanks. :dunno:

hey thax man, how do they flex for you and what size tires did you end up running? any other pics in action? nice rig

They ended up working out really well. I ran 36 Iroks and had no problems with rubbing and the rear axle ended up being centered pretty well. I'm actually living in Costa Rica now for the next two years so the blazer is in storage until we get back. I used 2nd gen springs in the front with zero rates and 1 inch longer than stock shackles. Those Ford springs only cost me 150 bucks and worked great. IIRC correctly I used six inch DIY shackles in the rear and had a decent angle. Hope that helps.

I have 56s in front and 63s in back. Traction bar is a very very good idea with 63s, I have heard the 56s fair better without a traction bar.

Here is a pic of me pretty much at max flex

as of now i have 38"s with 8" lift springs, but those are obviously comin out and i was hoping to stay 38"s or 37"s with alittle fender trim. i orderd shackle flip yesterday with 6" shackles. this is gonna be a road/wheeler but i want alittle more of a wheeler. so im getting 3/4 ton 63"s and just remove some springs?,.... if necessary?

I wouldnt know about the 56ers, but I absolutely love my 63's!

my 52/64 combo flexes awesome :thumb:

The front tire is 42" in the air and could have gone more but the guy in the loader didn't want to go higher :D
