Did a serch (here and on google), and I'm SURE this has been coverd, but......
What years & models of GM trucks came with the 63" (or is it 64"?) rear springs? And are any of them more desirable than others?

i think is 88' to 00' model years. as far as most desireable not sure, but i picked up a set of 1/2 ton 63/64's out of a 88 standerd cab longbed.

88-up new body style all 2 or 4 wd trucks . 1/2 ton is 3 or 4 leaf 3/4 ton is 4 or 5 leaf and 1 ton is 5 leaf sometimes 6 if hd ordered.

the lighter the truck the thinner the leafs. so go big and be safer .

spring # 22-797 is the 1 ton version. any spring shop will know this number. i can get new for around 125- 135 each from my friend.
