I always buy new mounts, old ones would be bad most of the times, but the towers, I am looking for some too

Now try bolting exhaust onto the BBC. You might be able to get a set of headers to bolt on but you WON'T get a set of stock cast iron manifolds to bolt on. The BBC towers leave the frame and make a very abrupt turn down like a U shape so the exhaust will clear them.
