This carb still looks fairly new and is probably less than a couple years old. It is the -2 casting, not the early defective one. I removed it from the 350 in my '77 K5 because I thought it was the reason for my troubles, but it was not. Some of you may remember my thread. It's possible that the power valve may need to be replaced, I cannot say for sure. I'm asking $225 plus shipping, but I'm flexible. I can post pics, but it looks like any other Holley carb.

Will this 670 work on my 350 create motor or would it be to big? Thanks

I don't think it would be too big. It was on my 350, and I'm running a 750 now (although a 750 is a little on the big side). I had camshaft and timing issues and blamed the carb. I put on the 750 and still had the same problems. It's all tuned now, so I would rather just leave the 750 on and sell the 670 TA. It's a street truck, so I don't need the benefits of the TA.

I just run a stock type pump. Here's some pics, the date code on the body is '08, so it's not very old.

Looks like a nice carb. I occasionally run across TA670's and 770's on ebay for >$200. When I do I buy them and resell them locally. Just picked up another 670TA recently and it will be going on my 402 BBC after determining that my 780 was just a tad too big for my usage even after tuning the heck out of it.

Yeah, I honestly don't know what these things are worth used, so I just took a guess with the asking price. There never seems to be much for sale in my area on craigslist. Every carb I have bought before was new, used ones have usually been given to me by friends. I have no clue what the used carb market is like these days.

Any chance you want to work out a trade with the dual fuel tank stuff? I'm just not sure 670 is enough for the 454 though....was kind of thinking the 770.

I just recently sold the carb. I'll let you know soon if I want the parts, just need to figure out what does and doesn't work. Although, spares never hurt:thinking:
