68 or 72 front end decision help

I have a 72 factory 2WD blazer with the 72 front end. Well after going to a house on Craigslist for LS parts I now am the owner of a 72 SWB with a 68 front end. Should I convert the blazer to the 68 nose or leave alone?

Either way I think they will look good. So I am not much help. Saw that blazer on craigslist for a while, pretty sweet to see it end up here! Definitely a bit jealous of both those vehicles. Are you up in the WA? I think thats where I saw it.

For some reason, I don't like the 68 front end on a 4x4 Blazer but really like it on a 2x4 Blazer.

I think so too. That said each does something different for me and so it's hard to choose. I will be swapping in and LS3. To the purest insure that's a sin. Would changing the front be worse?

Unless your flipping it make it the way you want
It either way it will look good, I'd be leaning towards the 68.

I have decided to swap the fronts. I will take any aero I can get with the LS in the Blazer.

Blazer is worth more with the factory 72 front end. Don`t know if you care or not?

I have thought about changing the front on my 72 also. At the end of the day I feel the 4X4's look better with the market lights and door handles and the 72 hood. Just means I also have to get a 2wd pickup so i can have the front end I absolutely love. lol
