Looking for a project, does not have to be complete, less rust the better. Would prefer less rust over complete vehicle. Also somewhere between Chicago, and Detroit. Under $1500

Not many up here that are decent projects it seems. Most are either completely gone, or they are so pristine they would want a small fortune for lol.
