69-72 Chevy Blazer Rust Free Project

Hey guys!

I'm looking to build up a 1st gen Blazer. I'm looking for something with a solid tub, I don't want to have to cut out and replace any sheet metal. Paint doesn't need to be good, just as long as the tub is rust free. I'd prefer a factory A/C truck.

I don't care about the drivetrain as I will be replacing it with something more modern anyways. 4wd or 2wd is fine with me. The interior should be all there and with a good top.

I'm willing to pay good money for a good candidate, but don't show me your pile of parts asking 10k

The second rig has an asking price of 15K. That's not a horrible price considering the location (BC vs down in the US) but I'd still like to see if I can track down something for under 10k...

That add has been up for 5-6 months, grind him on the price.

I'd be leary on that one because it looks like he intentionally avoided getting a pic with the rockers. If there's rust hiding anywhere on a 1st gen, it's in the rocker area.

That "dana 60" is a dana 44.
