I can get more pics this evening.
The piece on the back is part of the hinge setup.
Overall, it needs a good scrub, a fresh coat of SEM vinyl paint to be black, and a. No major cracking or extra holes drilled in it.

If it helps any, they are all fiberglass so standard fiberglass, paint, and finishing stuff works fine. No need for vinyl paint.
I did find one that needs a little work... Do you have any black cup holder version?
