What have you done to make it look good.

What I did in my other burb was a wood plate.

Anyway to do it without cutting metal. I had to cut quite a bit on my 84.

Just wanna do something that looks really nice

Ever done fiberglass? If so, make a plate any shape you want for a base to cover the hole, an oval ring an inch wide all the way around that your speaker can screw to, and then do like this pointing it wherever you want.

When I did my kick pods it was super easy, I just left out the ring that makes it look flush. And the material was a $2 sweatshirt from goodwill

This what I did here.

You could 3d print a set of 6x9 speaker grilles that look the 4x10s. This is on my list of things to do for when I finally put a radio in the Suburban.
