00D0D_bBDr1nJ0AM5_600x450.jpg 1979 k5. 4"lift w/1"body lift also. 52" in front, 64" in rear.sitting on 38.5 swampers. Cross over/high steer. Swapped in 7.4l vortec/4l80e/np241. Looking to possibly purchase these headers but am hoping someone can confirm fitment first.

Maybe? Hard to say without a part number or seeing them on the truck for proof.

Old Hedman catalogs had pics of each part number in the back, Hooker may also do this. Could possibly be part of their online catalogs.

That badge is just a series of header Hooker offers, not anything specifically identifying. You might look closely at the flange for a number stamped in.
 
Did they say what kind of truck? There's a lot of variance when dealing with frame clearance, front driveshaft clearance, etc. Even a lot of headers that claim they'll fit don't. Best bet is to see if you can get a part number and then search to find if anyone has successfully used them on your truck, or find out if the came of a K truck of similar vintage.
 
yep, find out what kind of truck whether it was 4wd or not. Lots of longtube headers have clearance issues with the driveshaft, frame and/or shackles.
 
Seller stated the following :

"They came off a 1972 461 LS6 BBC, they should fit most old BBC but not sure about the vortec"
