The pictures suck and the truck isn't "safety blue" anymore... it's khaki. I also removed the hard top and the rear floor section /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif I'll try to get better pictures sometime soon but I have no scanner /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif These are pictures of pictures /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

I actually have done quite a bit of work out back since these pictures were taken. The rear fenders are just skins and there is plenty of room for the 64" springs to flex on the 14" travel shocks I have back there. I need to get better pictures loaded for you guys. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

Re: 7\" of lift and 44\'s *blurry, crappy, pictures inside!*

The rear actually sits about 2"-3" higher than the front with the current mods. In those pictures it is dead level with the front. I think it's an optical illusion you're seeing since the rear fenders aren't trimmed at all and the fronts are hacked to bits. /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif

Re: 7\" of lift and 44\'s *blurry, crappy, pictures inside!*

Looks good, lets see some current pics. Got a healthy motor to spin those tires?

Re: 7\" of lift and 44\'s *blurry, crappy, pictures inside!*

That looks mean Rob, nice pics! Had to save some of those /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

Not yet, ran out of money in the budget. I just hope the granny gear and 5.13's are enough to make my wimpy 350 go through the mud. I'm really aiming to get my truck under 5,500 pounds and I think it just might be doable with all the things I'm removing or not putting back on it. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Re: 7\" of lift and 44\'s *blurry, crappy, pictures inside!*

its people like you that make me no longer offroad.

Its that 44" vs my 35" complex. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Truck looks SWEEET. /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif

Sometimes I wish I had my 36's still. I didn't break any parts, had tons of clearance and they were cheap... plus I was almost legal in my state! I haven't driven with the new tires yet so I don't know what fun is. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Re: 7\" of lift and 44\'s *blurry, crappy, pictures inside!*

I sometimes wonder that- while 35" tires are at borderline for 10b's, but man, the clearance is signficnatly more than a 14bFF. (without shaving)

Actually I ran my 36's on a set of 3/4 ton axles with 4.88 gears and a rear detroit. With the 700R4 and 241 I had in my '90 it was almost unstoppable. I have high hopes for the new setup though.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
