Hi all. I'm interested in a custom build of a '88-'91 Suburban and am curious about a frame being sold locally. The seller doesn't know what year the frame is. Can anyone tell me how to determine if the frame is suitable for a Suburban of the above years. Thanks in advance for the advice.

'70-80's frame identification?

easy way to spot year split is front frame horns.
73-80 is rounded nose ends for front bumper area. and the ends are folded in to the middle like boxing a frame kind of.
81-91 is 45* cut nose ends for the bumper area. the ends are open no fold over . and top lip stick out over the lower for the slop of the cut.
