I have a guy looking to have a truck moved to Nashville from great falls MT. Anyone has a lead on a good shipper, let me know. THANKS

Montway is moving my '85 Suburban from California to DC next week so i'll let you know how it goes. $1450 for the trip.

I got a 1200.00 quote that seemed high to me. New owner thinks he can get it for around 1k....so I'm going with that as a base price for now.

I paid $1500 to have a k20 shipped from the Bay Area ca to Nebraska.

And that was the best I got after weeks of looking.

My problem was the size and weight though. Truck is on 40s and had a big block in the bed.

I went through UShip.com and bids started around $1600 then finally wend down to $1350 plus the $100 fee. I moved a G20 van from Quantico Va out here in California two years ago and I paid the same. I have to keep the thing now that I have more in shipping and tires than its worth!

Having second thoughts on Uship. They took my money after I confirmed the bid with Montway, but Montway hasn't booked a truck and today is the final day for my pickup. After talking with Montway which was usesless, we are trying our best, is the only response I could get I called Uship. Their customer service was very polite and helpful. They sent an email to Montway asking wtf on this and I get all of my money back if the shipper falls through. Looks like I’ll have to leave the suburban with a friend and try to track down another shipper.
