A few months ago I swapped my 208 for a 205, and until recently didn't have a real chance to test it. It has worked fine around town, and was fine for an hour and a half drive to wheel. This past weekend I drove it up to silver lake (about 5 hours), and it was fine on the way up and the whole the time I was there. About half an hour into the return trip the truck started smoking really bad. When I crawled under it there was atf everywhere. It appears to have been coming out of the t-case rear seal.
I figure it is pumping out of the trans, through the adapter, and into the t-case. My question is does anyone know the part number for the seals in the th-350 to 205 adapter? I really want to have the seals on-hand before I tear it apart so I can have it back together in one day.

This is from a BCA / National Seal catalog #510-2 1998 edition.
Seal number is 471869
Redi-Sleeve number is 99193

NOTE : I just double checked the application and this book list the TH350/205 & TH400/205 in put seals as the same part number - IIRC that is not so . Don't take this info as gospel truth unless someone else verify's it. Sorry if the book has a miss print in it.

Thanks a lot. That gives me somewhere to start.
