So Latley when im climbing hills under load my tranny will not stay in gear. It sucks because Im getting good at backing down hills. Hahaha. I know it has cable linkage because rods would suck with all the flex. The past 2 weeks when Im under load it slips out unless I hold it. That sucks two. So does any one have any suggestions of what it could be? Im kinda over it all ready. Cause Im locked it makes my climbing awesome but I hate backing down.

Yeah it does hopp sometimes, but it still does it when Im just crawling.

Is is column shift. Is there any way to tighten of fix it. Or just get a floor shifter.

You should check your body mounts to make sure that they are not causing excessive amounts of cab movement. The linkage is mounted to the base of the steering column which is mounted to the cab firewall, then it goes to a pivot mounted on the frame. Make sure it is adjusted properly and cab mounts are good. I have friends that always complain of this problem and they have completely worn out body mounts. I never have this problem and I have somewhat new energy suspension poly mounts on mine. Just my 0.02
