Even the dealer would be questionable for instant gratification,more than likely any good a/p store should carry bent to fit metal lines similar to bend to fit brake lines. take one of the old ones or the end off the trans to match up the fitting which are standard compression type if I recall.
5/16 line with std dubble 45 flare on the ends. just a bigger size than brake lines.
and std flaring tool should have 5/16 stuff to make flares.
