700 R4 vent tube spits...

I checked past threads on this issue but nothing appropriate came up.
When my front hubs are locked, tranny fluid spits out the vent tube. I'm running a 10 bolt with 373's and a loc right. What am I looking for here?

you might be starting to overheat the tranny. Put a bigger cooler on it and a temp gague to montior the temp. Or you could be overfilled which can cause just as many problems as be not filled enough
 
Thanks for the quick response but negative on that idea. I did hear someone mention a check valve but transmissions are not my forte.
 
this same happened to my dad on the way back from a fishing trip and he took it to a tranny shop and they told him he needed a larger cooler if he was going to tow our boat any more. This is a pretty easy fix a check valve in side the tranny would require a complete rebuild which would be expensive.
