700r4/205 driveline clearance issues again

I searched the old ads and nobody seemed to mention whether they were moving the tranny back and narrowing the driveline angle or moving the motor foward and leaving the tranny in its original location. Lift kits for some did not seem to help I have read. I am getting ready to mock all this stuff up so I am looking for a little more insight before i get started. thanks

If you use a 1/2 ton CV on the front shaft you will be fine if you use a shorter shaft in the 700. If you are using the larger style CV it will hit with that setup and you will need to use the 1" spacer and orignal shaft in the 700.
